Recommendations

In their words

Excerpts from letters written by people I’ve worked alongside. Full letters are available on request.

Dana Perino

Co-Host, The Five and America’s Newsroom
Former White House Press Secretary to President George W. Bush

It is a genuine pleasure to recommend Guillermo Estrada. I had the opportunity to get to know Guillermo when he worked with us on The Five at Fox News, and I came to think the world of him. In fact, I looked forward to seeing him every day. He is one of those rare young people who makes a workplace better simply by being there.

Guillermo is kind, funny, thoughtful, and wise. He has a maturity that makes him seem older than his years, while still bringing a wonderful sense of fun and enthusiasm to the workplace. He’s curious, engaged, and genuinely interested in people and ideas.

Most impressive to me is that Guillermo is not simply interested in politics and communications — he is willing to do the work.

What I value most about Guillermo, however, cannot be captured on a résumé. He is ambitious without being entitled. He listens. He asks good questions. And when he receives criticism or advice, he takes it in exactly the spirit intended: as an opportunity to become better. That combination of confidence, humility, and resilience is rare.

I cannot recommend Guillermo highly enough. I believe he has an exceptionally bright future, and any organization fortunate enough to have him will quickly understand why I think so much of him.

Christina Brancato

Account Executive, FOX Corporation
Internship manager and mentor

I have had the pleasure of knowing Guillermo for the past year and a half, first as his internship manager and subsequently as a mentor. Throughout that time, I have been consistently impressed by his strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and ability to integrate seamlessly into a professional team. His work ethic and unwavering professionalism distinguished him from the outset, and he left a lasting impression on everyone who worked with him.

His ability to organize the pitch, conduct thoughtful research, and develop a clear strategy was exceptional — particularly for someone so early in their career. He demonstrated an ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar concepts and translate them into polished, strategic work that exceeded expectations.

Guillermo was always willing to raise his hand, take on additional responsibility, and contribute beyond the scope of his assigned role. Guillermo has my highest recommendation.

Shreya Rana

Associate Producer, The Five
FOX News Channel

Whenever I asked Guillermo for assistance with research, production tasks, or other time-sensitive requests, I could count on him to be responsive, thorough, and accurate. He followed instructions well, paid attention to details, and was always willing to step in wherever he could be useful.

He approached assignments professionally, communicated well, and made my job easier on numerous occasions. Even when working under tight deadlines, he was timely and conscientious about the quality of his work. There were multiple occasions when he anticipated what needed to be done and began working on tasks before they were assigned.
